Looking back, 2025 was a defining year for GenServe.AI.

Guided by the real needs of the VALID.AI community, we came together as a team in January 2025, we came together as a team in January 2025, emerging from stealth HLTH Inc. just two months ago. At our previous company, Rx.Health (Commure Engage), we built the first platform enabling clinicians to prescribe digital health tools and AI bots—scaling clinical automation to reach over 30 million lives. At GenServe.AI, we’re applying those hard-earned lessons at speed, and the result is clear: 10× growth in a comparable timeframe. Healthcare is ready for AI that delivers—and we’re building it.

GenServe.AI is now a 12+ person full-time team united around a single mission: making AI accessible, affordable, and truly actionable for every healthcare organization.

A few milestones from 2025:

Today, GenServe.AI has become the best way for healthcare organizations to onboard secure, multiple LLMs and AI assistants, within 30 days.

  • Our enterprise-ready, HIPAA-compliant GenAI platform is now live across 5 facilities, from leading health systems to FQHCs, proving that AI can be both transformative and affordable
  • We expanded our AI Centers of Excellence Network with 10 founding members, including the National Science Foundation (NSF) for Applied AI
  • We presented our first validation studies at AMIA (American Medical Informatics Association) within our first year — grounding innovation in evidence from day one

While 2025 was about building the Gen AI platform foundation with best-in-class human-in-the-loop workflows and operational AI assistants, 2026 is about bringing scale and impact through following initiatives:

  1. Voice+ agentic orchestration designed to drive top-line revenue growth for healthcare organizations
  2. End-to-end solution supporting organizations who want to participate in CMS Rural Transformation and Access initiatives
  3. Performance-based contracts, reflecting our conviction in the outcomes we can deliver through our AI-first operating model
