This GenServe.AI Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how GenServe.AI, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries (collectively, “GenServe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information from users of our websites, applications, services, and related products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the Services.

- This Policy does not apply to information that is processed or stored by our customers (e.g. organizations or institutions using GenServe’s services) unless we also act on that data under our direct relationship with you.

However, no system is completely secure. You should protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect a security breach.

11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or higher, as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data for a child, please contact us to request deletion.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will:
